You focus on healing. We help with the complexity.

A serious diagnosis or unexpected medical event can create financial stress on top of emotional strain. Our patient advocacy service pairs financial expertise with hands-on support — helping you look for in-network specialists, apply for prescription assistance programs when you may qualify, set up ancillary benefits, and connect with housing resources when available.

In-Network Specialists

After a diagnosis, we help you look for a specialist who is in network so you can move forward with care with fewer unexpected out-of-network costs when possible.

Prescription Cost Assistance

We help eligible clients apply for programs such as Medicare Extra Help (LIS), Patient Assistance Programs, and Medicaid that may lower or help cover prescription costs when they qualify.

Ancillary Benefits Setup

We help set up benefits that can make daily life easier — transportation, meal delivery, prescription delivery, and other support services you may qualify for.

GLP-1 Medication Access

We help eligible clients explore access to GLP-1 medications such as Wegovy® and Zepbound®, which may cost as little as $50 a month through certain manufacturer or plan programs. Pricing and eligibility vary and are not guaranteed.

Housing Assistance

For those who may qualify, we help identify and pursue housing assistance options so you have one less thing to worry about while focusing on your health. Availability is not guaranteed.

Caregiver Support

Resources and guidance for the family member or caregiver managing appointments, benefits, prescriptions, and next steps — so the people supporting a patient are not left to navigate everything alone.
